I find the attached framework – the
logical levels model – a really useful way of structuring team or individual
thinking around a particular vision or direction.

Just print this out and choose a
defined point of time in the future, eg maybe 2 years.
For that given point of
time, consider the answers in each section, using the indicated questions or any
others that make sense to you in relation to that
level.
